If you find an item you would like to buy, simple press add to cart. Fill in your details to where the seller needs to ship to, and press pay with Paypal. Paying with Paypal you can rest easy knowing you are protected through a verified, trusted independant company.
If you’ve bought an item, and you’ve made a mistake, you can contact the seller and ask them to cancel your order. Unfortunately you cannot cancel the order once If they’ve already posted your item or if they don’t accept your cancellation request..
Most of the time, if something goes wrong with your order, like it doesn’t get delivered, or arrives and it’s damaged or doesn’t match the listing description, you can get your money back or get a replacement. We recommend contacting the seller first and work it out with them. If nothing has gone wrong with your order, but you’ve changed your mind, you can ask the seller if they’ll accept a return. If it comes to a point where the seller doesn’t accept a return but you believe you are in the right, we recommend you open a dispute through Paypal.
